Country house:“Castell de Grabuac”, a farm owned by the Suriol family since 1864, farmers since the 17th century.
Vineyards: Own vineyards in Mediterranean cultivation and winemaking since 1174 (first historical date). Certified organic vineyards since 1996.
Maiden:Virgin woman, part of the legend of Sant Jordi.
Varieties:Xarel·lo (also called white raisin or Carthusian).
Ground:Franco-silty, very deep and with calcium carbonate.
Orography:250m altitude, 5% slope and few gravels.
Yield:5,000Kg / Ha.
Aging:5 months with the mothers of the wine (lies) in underground cups.
Raising:The wine will improve in the bottle for 3 years.
Production:3,980 bottles.

Wine profile:Juvenile wine with a lot of aromatic intensity and tasty. In the mouth it is silky and fills all our taste buds without smudging and with the right persistence.
