Since 2013 we have been part of the Km0 Cooks and Chefs Collective, where from our establishments, we try to work in the best, cleanest and fairest way.
At Capicua our goal is to choose a good product, of quality, the most sustainable and close to our home, with priority for those varieties in danger of extinction, and give it that fair point of production with which our customer knows what do you eat.
